Who are SlayGirl Fashion?
We are an English company specialising in women’s fashion. Every piece is handpicked by us to fit in with our style and quality standards.

How does it work?

When you order with us, we contact our manufacturers who simply ship the order direct to your door! We keep our most popular items in UK stock to be shipped via Royal Mail post, but for the rest we arrange for our manufacturers to send it to you!

What if I don’t have PayPal?
Payments are made via PayPal, but you don’t need to have an account in order to check out. You can use your debit or credit card, or a PayPal account if you have one. Just select ‘Checkout as Guest’!

Where can I find customer reviews?
Reviews can be found on our website under product pages and on our collated review section, as well as our Facebook page and Instagram @slaygirlfashionofficial! As our brand grows, there will be more reviews available. We are now also on Trustpilot!

How do I know my size?
If you need to convert US shoe sizes to UK or Euro sizes, please refer to our chart in our post on Shoe Sizing in the News section. If you need any advice on clothing size, please contact us directly via email.

How can I get tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information is available upon request. Please contact us directly via email for tracking information.

Why have I received part of my order?
We have different suppliers for each category of clothing, so occasionally you may receive part of your order first, and the other pieces a little afterwards. But don’t worry! Your order is on its way and can still be tracked.

I like the item, but I want a different colour.
Usually, several different colours are available for a product, each listed separately in the category. Occasionally, we will have other colours in stock that we have not selected to be featured on the site, so it’s always worth asking!

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide!

Do you have a backup Instagram account?
No. @slaygirlfashionofficial is our official, and only, Instagram. We are not associated with any other profile.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery time varies by country. Items in stock in our UK location are available for First Class UK delivery! If they are not currently in UK stock, we will place an order with our overseas suppliers. In this case, delivery may take 2-3 weeks to the US and UK, and 40 days for other countries. Shipping is normally much faster than this! However, in the unlikely event that our couriers encounter an internal issue, shipping can occasionally take up to 60 days.

Can I get express shipping?
Express shipping is available in most cases. Please email hello@slaygirlfashion.co.uk with your size and colour selection for each item to find out rates.

Are you looking for promotion?
We have a network of wonderful social media influencers who model our clothes and promote our brand and our products. We’re always looking for promotion, and to expand our following across the globe, so please feel free to contact us at hello@slaygirlfashion.co.uk if you have a large social media following!

What is your returns policy?
You can return your items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns are to our office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. We will process your refund as soon as we get your parcel, or send a replacement in the case of incorrect fit. The item(s) must be unworn and in a saleable condition, or your return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of postage.

What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
Although we have never run into this problem, you may be wondering what happens if your parcel does not arrive after the 60 days stipulated. In this unlikely event, you will of course be refunded in full. Please contact us directly to receive your refund and our sincere apologies! Refunds will not be processed inside of 60 days since your order. But, again, this is extremely unlikely, so much so that it’s never happened to us!
